進入禪意潛意識 (Zen Meditation)

在繪畫之前我們需要將思緒清空,讓禪意進入潛意識中,如此便可將自我引導致正能量的情境裡,可以簡單地歸納為以下幾個步驟:靜坐,清空思緒,進入冥想,思緒重整,準備作畫.



第一步:靜坐:用各種方式盤腿,背部打直,微微向前傾斜,閉上雙眼,手臂輕放於腿上



第二步:清空思緒:暫時忘卻思考與記憶,將思緒放空,一有想法即將此想法放下,直到思想純淨

第三步:進入冥想:保持思緒靜空,持續3~5分鐘



第四步:張開雙眼,聳肩放鬆,整理環境準備繪畫
